Trigger simulation for webhooks

It would be interesting to have a tool available on the dashboard that allows you to trigger the sending of notifications via webhooks to streamline the testing and integration stage.

For example, being able to select a "payment.created" type webhook notification to the configured endpoint and send it with dummy information. It would be similar to the tool that MercadoPago has for this use case.
