is there a way for me, as the owner of my rebill account, to receive emails when a payment is done, updated or rejected?

    No, and can be extremely annoying in high volume of payments per day.

    You may use the webhooks to receive a notification in Make.com for example and trigger an email to your account for this specific use case. Hope it helps!
