Currently, when a user cancels a subscription on Rebill, it is immediately terminated even if they have paid for the entire period. For example, if someone paid a day ago for a full month and cancels, they immediately lose access to the days they have already paid for.
There could be an alternative cancellation option whereby when a subscription is canceled, the user retains access until the end of the period they have already paid for, and only then is it terminated and not renewed. This is much fairer because the user does not lose what they have already paid for.
It would be great if Rebill offered this option, ideally as something configurable by plan or globally for those offering subscriptions. That way, everyone can choose whether cancellations are immediate or scheduled for the end of the paid period.
