Allow creation of customized roles with different permissions

Currently there are just 6 predefined roles with preset permisisons. For us it’s valuable to set permissions more granularly for some people who for example…don’t need to have access to link creation, balances, teams, but still be able to copy-send payment links to customers who reported that Rebill didn’t send them anything
