Add product name to the list of parameters accessible for webhooks new payment & subscription update

Since we do load transactions through the webhook, it’s very important for us to understand quickly what is the product that we’re selling. Since product id is an external rebill database, it’s not that simple to load this either. So a lot simpler solution would be to receive product name, and since we have naming rules - parse that name into a proper fields with profession. This issue is present in V2 and V3
