New Feature: WhatsApp Notifications

We are excited to announce the launch of a new feature on our platform !

Customers will now receive notifications via WhatsApp about important events related to their subscriptions. This feature is designed to keep your customers informed and ensure they don’t miss any important updates.

Events:

  1. Recurring Payment Rejected: Customers will be notified when their recurring payment has been rejected, so they can take action and avoid service interruption.

  2. Subscription Renewal in 3 Days: Three days before a subscription renewal, customers will receive a reminder to ensure they are prepared for the upcoming renewal.

  3. Card Change Request: Customers will receive a notification if they need to update the card associated with their subscription.

  4. Subscription Renewal: When it’s time to renew a subscription, a notification will be sent to remind customers to complete the renewal process.

Activation and Deactivation:

This feature is enabled by default on the platform. If you prefer to disable it, you can easily do so by going to Settings -> Notifications in your account.
