We’ve made a big improvement to how refunds work in Rebill.
Previously, all payments had a standard 25-day refund window, even if some currencies required a longer processing time as defined by local processors/acquirers.
Now, refund eligibility is dynamically aligned with each local processor’s specific time frame, removing the one-size-fits-all 25-day limit. This makes refund management smoother and eliminates unnecessary operational tasks for you and your team.
Refund payments directly from the Dashboard without waiting for support.
Refund availability matches each processor’s policies, ensuring accuracy.
