You can now issue partial refunds for BRL payments made with cards and Pix directly from the payment detail view.
Choose the exact amount to refund on BRL card and Pix payments instead of refunding the full transaction. The dashboard automatically limits the value based on the remaining refundable balance, including any previous partial refunds.
Each refund updates the payment status in real time. When the accumulated refunded amount reaches the original payment value, the payment is marked as fully refunded.
Every refund is recorded individually with its timestamp and provider reference ID, so the full refund history stays visible at all times. Payments with refunds also display a net after refund amount, making it clear how much revenue was ultimately retained.

You can now pass customer information directly through query parameters in your payment link URL.
Previously, prefilled fields had to be configured inside each payment link. That worked well for static setups, but made it harder to reuse the same link across multiple customers.
Now you can generate personalized checkout sessions from your own system without creating new payment links.
With query parameters, you can:
• prefill customer data like email, name, phone number, and address
• set the checkout language automatically
• apply coupon codes directly from the link
• attach custom metadata for tracking campaigns or external references
• reuse the same payment link across multiple customers
This makes payment links easier to integrate into CRMs, automations, and campaign workflows while keeping checkout faster for your customers.
Requested by merchants building dynamic payment link flows.

Testing a checkout flow shouldn’t require typing the same data over and over again.
You can now autofill checkout fields automatically while testing payments. Customer information, billing address, and payment details are completed in a single click so you can validate scenarios faster during integration.
Two test options are available directly inside the checkout:
Successful payment fills the form with approved test data
Declined payment fills the form with rejected test data
This works across card payments and alternative payment methods, so you can simulate real payment outcomes without manual input each time.

You can now issue partial refunds directly from the payment detail view.
Choose the exact amount to return instead of refunding the entire payment. The dashboard automatically limits the value based on the remaining refundable balance, taking into account any previous partial refunds.
Each refund updates the payment status in real time. When the total refunded amount reaches the original payment value, the payment is marked as fully refunded and processing fees are reversed in the fee breakdown.
Every refund is recorded individually with its timestamp and provider reference ID, so the full refund history remains visible at all times. Payments with refunds also display a net after refund amount, making it clear how much was ultimately retained.
Supported for card payments in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and Mexico, and for QR payments in Argentina.

Managing a list one record at a time adds up. Pausing dozens of subscriptions, publishing multiple payment links, or exporting customers individually takes longer than it should.
Now you can select multiple rows in any table and act on all of them in a single step. A floating action bar appears as soon as you make a selection, showing only the actions available for that table.
Each table supports its own set of actions:
Subscriptions → Pause, cancel, or export
Payment links → Publish, set to draft, or delete
Products → Archive or unarchive
Plans → Archive or unarchive
Coupons → Delete
Payments → Export
Customers → Export
Your selection persists across pages, so you can build a batch before running the action.
After each action, a confirmation toast shows exactly what happened: how many records were updated, skipped, or failed. Exports are sent directly to your email.
Destructive actions like delete, archive, and cancel require confirmation before they run.
Available now across all main tables in the dashboard.

Setting up webhooks without knowing if they actually work slows everything down.
Now you can send test events to any webhook directly from the dashboard. No need to wait for real transactions.
Simulate exactly what your integration needs:
New payment → Approved or Rejected Payment status changes → Approved, Rejected, Chargeback, Refunded, Cancelled Subscription updates → Active, Retrying, Paused, Defaulted, Cancelled, Finished
Webhook integrations usually break in silence. You deploy, wait for a real event and only then realize something failed.
Now you can validate your integration before going live.

No more guessing. No more waiting.

Each team member works differently. Some prefer to scan more rows at once. Others want a compact view with fewer items per page.
Now you can set how many rows you want to see in each table, and that preference stays with you across sessions.
This applies individually to payments, subscriptions, customers, products, plans, coupons, and payment links.
Before, table preferences reset every time you refreshed the page or navigated away.
Now, when you set your preferred page size (5, 10, 20, or 50 rows), the dashboard remembers it. The next time you open that table, your view is exactly how you left it.
Each table remembers its own setting. You can have 50 rows in payments and 10 rows in customers.
Open any table, select your preferred rows per page from the dropdown, and continue working.
Your preference is saved automatically and will be there the next time you return.

Customer information can change over time. A customer may need to update their identification number, switch document type, or move billing from a personal ID to a company.
Now you can edit a customer’s identification type and number directly from the dashboard.
This allows you to keep billing information accurate across different countries and identification formats such as DNI, CPF, RFC, CUIT, or other national IDs, without interrupting the subscription or requesting the information again in a new payment.
To update it, go to the Customer detail page, click Edit, and modify the identification fields.

Dark mode is now available across the Rebill dashboard. Switch between light and dark themes instantly and work comfortably at any hour.
For teams that spend hours in Rebill every day, working in light mode can become visually exhausting. Dark mode makes the dashboard easier on the eyes and more comfortable for long sessions.
You can now choose how the dashboard adapts to your environment:
• Light mode
• Dark mode
• Match system
• Intelligent mode
To configure it, go to Settings → Appearance → Look and Feel and select the option that works best for you, or configure it directly here:

Payments are global, but customer communication should feel local.
You can now customize payment notification templates by language directly from the dashboard. Email and SMS messages can be edited independently for each language, giving you full control over how you communicate with customers in every market.
Customers receive notifications in the language that fits their market.
Portuguese for Brazil. Spanish for LATAM. English for global customers.
This flexibility allows you to adapt tone, wording, and messaging so notifications feel familiar and natural for customers in each country.
Beyond language, you can also customize the email layout and design to better match your brand experience. SMS notifications can be regionalized and personalized in the same way.
This update helps you communicate in a way that feels closer to your customers, wherever they are.
Regionalization has always been at the core of Rebill. Now it extends to every payment notification your customers receive.
You can customize notifications for different payment events, including initial payments, subscription renewals, refunds, and more.
To configure your templates:
Settings → Notifications → Select an event → Edit email template
From there you can customize the content, design, and language of each notification.
